ow yeah thats fucked!
i had that too,
first i changed my resolution and it fixed that for some months, but it returned reinstalled and now its working good.
maybe drivers aswell?

looks like a graphics driver problem, up to date???
If so then a reinstall maybe and check resolutions and stuff as suggested.
